"For over a decade, CJ Renovations has provided excellent renovations and repairs on our 150 year old home. We first met Carl Johnson via a recommendation by our civil engineer (independently known) who had worked well with CJ Renovations. Our house was sinking in the middle and needed quick repairs. Since then, CJR has nearly rebuilt our entire home, from roof deck to sub-basement with superb results. I sit in a beautiful roof-deck level custom office writing this recommendation.

The crown jewel of all our renovations over the years was the complete redesign of our first floor, an extensive project that involved moving the kitchen to the other side of the house. Ours was a particularly difficult job due to the engineering required to realize the vision of 
highly functional kitchen in a "weird" space.  With only three walls available for building (we blew out the fourth to open into the living areas, Carl contended with two doors on one wall, two windows on the other and a chimney and brick wall on the third. Even the floor was a challenge. We found Italian marble under the carpet and knew it must be saved. It was, and it's beautiful.

CJ Renovations showed their true commitment and customer service when our cabinets came -several damaged and many in an incorrect color. Our designer was of very little help with this problem, so Carl work closely with me to work through the red tape and finger pointing of the manufacturer and supplier plus weeks of unanticipated work to make our living space a reality. The creativity and patience demonstrated by CJR was invaluable in helping me navigate a very difficult situation. As a result we have an extraordinary living area that is perfect for our lifestyle.
